Boudoir is an intimate art form
Your session is not something to go into lightly and without high expectations of trust in your photographer and your privacy. So when you book your boudoir session with Josh G Photography, you hold the power. You’ll be sent a questionnaire that let’s you inform me of any insecurities and a model release that says which photos (if any) I am allowed to use on my platforms. I will not use or share your photos without your signed permission. When we start your session, I’ll start with warmup poses to get you used to the camera and when you’re feeling more confident, move onto more advanced poses. After your shoot, you’ll be sent your amazing new photos in a Private Online Viewing Gallery that is password protected so only you can access them.
This Session is perfect for the more artistic aesthetics! Such as lighting techniques, editing techniques, Instax Mini photos, etc.

Hair and Makeup unless during an event where I have the services provided
A location: I prefer to shoot at boutique hotels (I really enjoy Arch + Cable in Mankato), yours or a friends house if there is plenty of room and natural light, or outdoors if you’re feeling adventurous. There are also several studio rentals in the cities but are typically a bit higher cost than boutique hotels.
And finally, just being you! You’re showing up for yourself and you are incredible for it!
